At AUREL, we pay particular attention to the quality of our creations.

Our jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing or conformity defects.

What the warranty covers

The warranty exclusively covers:

• manufacturing defects;

• material defects;

personalization errors attributable to AUREL.

In the event of a confirmed defect, AUREL may offer, depending on the case:

• product replacement;

• product repair;

• a credit note or refund.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

• normal wear and tear;

• scratches;

• shocks or falls;

• misuse;

• inadequate maintenance;

• excessive exposure to water, chlorine, or chemicals;

• modifications or repairs carried out by a third party;

• loss or theft of the product.

Care instructions

Our 316L stainless steel jewelry with 18k gold PVD finish is designed to last.

To preserve their shine, we recommend:

• avoiding prolonged contact with perfumes and chemicals;

• removing the jewelry during intense sports activities;

• storing it in its case when not worn;

• cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth.
